Concept design
Irány Coaching
The site explains the method, but visitors can’t tell who it’s meant to help.
A fictional business. The name, the situation and the images are part of a concept design, not real client work. The mockups are in Hungarian, as the concept was made for the Hungarian market.
| Profession | business coach |
|---|---|
| The brief | positioning and trust-building for a personal service |
| Package level | Scope equivalent to the Business package |
| What I did | structure, copywriting, design, inquiry handling |
The problem
The headline named the method and didn’t say who it helps.
The solution
A headline that names the situation, a step-by-step first session, a “Who it’s not for” block and a form that replies instantly.
Expected impact
Better-targeted inquiries and a shorter first conversation.
The starting point
An independent coach who works with small business owners. Clients come from LinkedIn and after talks, and their first question is always how working together goes.
What was wrong
- The headline names the method, not the problem.
- There’s no description of what the first session looks like.
- Inquiries go to a generic email address.
The decisions I made, and why
1
The headline names the situation, not the method
Visitors are looking for their own problem. The method’s name means nothing to them yet.
2
The first session, step by step
With a trust-based service, the unknown is the biggest obstacle. If people can see what happens, it’s easier to sign up.
3
A “Who it’s not for” block
For a coach, filtering builds trust too. Someone who isn’t a fit shouldn’t book an hour for nothing.
4
A three-question form with an instant reply
The reply goes out the moment the form is submitted, so the prospect isn’t left wondering for days.
What I’d expect
This is a concept design, so I have no measured data on it. Based on professional judgment, I’d expect:
- Better-targeted inquiries, because people who aren’t a fit filter themselves out.
- A shorter first conversation, because the site already answers the common questions.
