What exactly I do

Three main things: I build the website, put AI automation behind it, and maintain it afterward. On top of that, I offer Pinterest traffic as an extra, by agreement. Here’s what each one means in practice.

Website design

A website that brings in clients

Most small business websites are business cards: they’re there, they look nice, and nobody becomes a client because of them. The difference isn’t the design; it’s whether the site takes the visitor from interest all the way to getting in touch.

Structure based on the customer journey.

We go through how your client decides. What they look for, what they fear, what convinces them, what holds them back.

Full copywriting.

You don’t write it. I write it from the briefing, in your voice, and we refine it in two rounds.

Design that fits your profession.

A massage studio and a business coach shouldn’t look the same. Your own color palette, typography and visual direction.

Designed for mobile, not squeezed onto it.

Most of your prospects look you up on their phone. That’s where the design starts.

Speed optimization, measured.

I hand over an actual number, not “it’s fast now”.

SEO foundations.

Keyword research, on-page optimization, and sorting out your Google Business Profile.

Tracking.

Analytics and conversion tracking, so you can see where inquiries come from.

Handover with a video guide.

I show you how to change text and images.

Who it’s for

An established business that already has clients and wants the website to bring in more.

How long it takes

2 to 6 weeks, depending on the package. The most common cause of delay is photos and texts not arriving on time.

AI automation

AI automation that works even when you don’t

A website is static. It sits there and waits. What frees up your time is what runs behind it. You can order these on their own if you already have a site.

Automated inquiry handling

The situation: someone fills in the form, and you reply at ten at night because you had clients all day.

What it does: a personalized reply goes out the moment they submit, tailored to their questions. The details are recorded instead of getting lost in an avalanche of emails.

Booking and reminders

The situation: five messages back and forth to find a time that suits you both. Then they don’t show up.

What it does: they choose from your free slots, the booking goes straight into your calendar, and the reminder goes out on its own.

Website chatbot

The situation: you get the same seven questions every week.

What it does: it answers based on your services. What it doesn’t know, it passes on to you instead of making something up.

Newsletter welcome sequence

The situation: people subscribe, then don’t hear from you for months, and forget you.

What it does: five emails written in your voice that introduce you and your service in the first two weeks.

Content repurposing

The situation: you write an article, then have no energy left to turn it into posts.

What it does: it turns one article into eight social posts, which you approve before they go out.

Review collection

The situation: your clients are happy, but you’ve never asked them to put it in writing.

What it does: after the service it automatically asks for a review, at the right moment, not immediately.

No monthly fee: I build the modules in for a one-off price. But an AI automation left alone can break within a few months, so if you want someone to monitor and fine-tune it, that’s what the AI operations maintenance plan is for.

Pinterest traffic (extra)

Pinterest: organic traffic for services aimed at women

Pinterest isn’t a social network; it’s a visual search engine. People go there looking for ideas, inspiration and solutions, and they come back to them later. That’s why it works especially well for professions with mainly female clients: estheticians, nail technicians, hairstylists, massage therapists, coaches, personal trainers. A well-set-up pin can bring visitors for months, even years, with no ad spend.

Pinterest traffic (extra)

The situation: your work looks great, but it’s only seen on Instagram, where a post disappears from the feed within days.

What it does: I create pins from your work and expertise that lead to the right page on your website. That way Pinterest traffic doesn’t stop at your profile; it goes all the way to a booking or an inquiry.

How we work: this isn’t a fixed package; we agree on it based on your needs. First we check whether people are searching for topics in your profession and among your clients, and only then decide whether it’s worth doing.

Maintenance

Maintenance, so it still works six months from now

A website isn’t furniture; it’s a tool. Without updates, backups and monitoring it slows down within six months and becomes vulnerable within a year.

If something goes wrong, you don’t have to figure out what happened. I restore it from the backup, and every month you see what changed on your site.

You don’t need a separate quote for changes: a new price, a swapped image or a new service fits into the monthly allowance.

Let’s look at what you have now

I’ll send you a 10-minute video about your current website: what works, what doesn’t, and what I’d do differently.

Free, sent within 2 working days. No call needed, and you won’t be added to any newsletter.
